Policies and Proceedures
Cancellations and Refunds:
We regret we can not refund class tuition due to COVID-19. We are happy to offer you a voucher for a future class, a gift card for future private lessons, punchcards, tuition or clay supplies.
Private parties and events are on hold until further notice.
Booking future classes:
We have changed our booking practice for Summer 2020 to a reservation system.
You will book the class to hold your space and then be invoiced for the full tuition 10 days prior to the beginning of class. That way we can ensure that class will run as scheduled under changing health and safety guidelines.
Your payment confirms your space in the class and due to the small class size and challenges to fill vacant seats at the last minute, we will not offer refunds after payment is submitted.
Firing ceramic work at SJCC
We provide the best care possible for the work you bring to be fired,
however we can not guarantee that work will not be broken, damaged or lost during the process. It is a community space and is used by many people.
You are responsible for picking up your work within two weeks of coming out of the kiln. We can not store your work for longer than two weeks.
Due to Covid19 we are requiring masks in the studio at all times. You must be responsible for sanitizing all equipment that you use.
All studio users are required to watch our Cleaning Video.
