Cleaning Procedures

Due to Covid19 we are requiring masks in the studio at all times.  You must be responsible for sanitizing all equipment that you use.

All studio users are required to watch our Cleaning Video.

All studio users must understand the health hazards of silica, glazes and materials used in this space: Ceramic material safety info

Cancellations and Refunds:

All cancellations are subject to a 15% refund fee to cover our credit card processing costs.

Your payment confirms your space in the class. Due to the small class size and challenges to fill vacant seats at the last minute, we will not offer refunds within ten days of the start of class.

We regret we can not refund class tuition due to severe weather, illness or mandatory shut down to COVID-19.  We are happy to offer you a voucher for a future class, a gift card for future private lessons, punchcards, tuition or clay supplies.

We can not offer make up classes for missed classes.  You can speak to your instructor to get caught up on techniques, and then take advantage of open studio hours to practice what was offered in the missed class.

If SJCC has to cancel a class due to natural disaster, severe weather conditions or mandatory Covid-19 restrictions by the OHA, we will either offer a make up class, or extend a future class to cover missed material.
