Cancellations and Refunds:

 

All cancellations are subject to a 15% refund fee to cover our credit card processing costs. 

​

​​Your payment confirms your space in the class. Due to the small class size and challenges to fill vacant seats at the last minute, we will not offer refunds within ten days of the start of class.

 

We regret we can not refund class tuition due to severe weather, illness or mandatory shut down to COVID-19.  We are happy to offer you a voucher for a future class, a gift card for future private lessons, punchcards, tuition or clay supplies.

 

 

 

​​We can not offer make up classes for missed classes.  You can speak to your instructor to get caught up on techniques, and then take advantage of open studio hours to practice what was offered in the missed class. 

​

If SJCC has to cancel a class due to natural disaster, severe weather conditions or mandatory health and safety restrictions by the OHA, we will either offer a make up class, or extend a future class to cover missed material.

Firing ceramic work at SJCC

We provide the best care possible for the work you bring to be fired,

however we can not guarantee that work will not be broken, damaged or lost during the process.  It is a community space and is used by many people.

​

You are responsible for picking up your work within two weeks of coming out of the kiln.  We can not store your work for longer than two weeks.
